About the role
Lead and scale all accounting and tax operations and strategy for ClassDojo. Oversee financial systems, reporting, audits, and control processes to support business growth.
What you’ll do
• Oversee monthly close, audits, and financial reporting. • Manage in-house accounting team and external consultants. • Build and scale financial systems and policies. • Partner with cross-functional leaders and CFO. • Support strategic initiatives like M&A and fundraising.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years experience including 3+ years top-tier audit firm. • 8+ years in-house accounting at startups. • Experience managing full-cycle accounting and related areas. • Knowledge of US GAAP and clean audits with Big Four. • Work authorization for USA.
