About the role
Lead AI/ML R&D to evaluate AI systems, build predictive models, and set enterprise evaluation methods. Spend half time hands-on building models and experiments, and half managing a small team.
What you’ll do
• Set enterprise evaluation methodology for AI agents. • Build predictive and decision models for shared agents. • Manage model economics to optimize cost and accuracy. • Prototype AI-native techniques and implement successful ones. • Raise ML fluency across R&D organization.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in data science or ML with 4+ years leading teams. • Experience training, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production. • Shipped LLM or agentic systems with evaluation suites recently. • Strong experimental design and statistical skills. • Legal authorization to work in the advertised country.
