About the role
Lead the growth, profitability, and execution of Vetsark's aquaculture business across Nigeria. Scale fish production, farmer financing, and market distribution.
What you’ll do
• Lead aquaculture business strategy and operations. • Identify and support commercial fish farmers. • Oversee fish production and technical operations. • Develop offtake markets and drive fish sales. • Build partnerships with suppliers and financiers.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years experience in aquaculture or agribusiness. • Experience managing operations, teams, and budgets. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian fish markets. • Excellent leadership and business development skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
