About the role
Lead and scale the Delivery organization to take complex customers from vision to production. Own teams, operating model, and customer delivery strategy while being hands-on in technical work.
What you’ll do
• Lead and scale Implementation and Forward Deployed Engineering teams. • Work directly with customers on complex deployments. • Create repeatable frameworks for deployment and escalation. • Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects pre-contract. • Drive customer outcomes and improve deployment health.
