About the role
Lead and oversee the Early Years section ensuring high-quality early childhood education. Manage curriculum, staff supervision, and children's developmental progress.
What you’ll do
• Promote hygiene, healthy habits and positive behaviour. • Identify and support teachers' training needs. • Coordinate Early Years school activities and programmes. • Maintain accurate pupil records and communicate with parents. • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of EYFS, child development and safeguarding. • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Early Years. • Valid TRCN registration. • Leadership experience in Early Years education. • Degree or professional qualification in Early Childhood Education.
