• Own technical direction and architecture. • Define engineering governance and strategy. • Lead platform scalability and reliability. • Manage incident response and SRE practices. • Oversee hiring and development of tech leads.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as CTO or Head of Engineering. • Expertise in distributed systems and microservices. • Strong skills in Go and Python. • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE. • English B2 level and fluent Russian.
