About the role
Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems for construction projects. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and compliance with standards.
What you’ll do
• Manage M&E systems from design to handover. • Lead M&E teams, consultants, contractors. • Plan projects with budgeting and cost control. • Ensure quality assurance and risk management. • Ensure compliance with construction and HSE standards.
What you’ll bring
• 10-15 years in mechanical and electrical engineering. • BSc/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Experience managing M&E in construction projects. • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
