About the role
Lead the Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies department, overseeing curriculum and student progress. Provide academic leadership and coordinate departmental activities.
What you’ll do
• Identify students' learning needs and coordinate interventions. • Monitor progress in Qur'an recitation, memorisation, Tajweed, Arabic, Islamic Studies. • Prepare performance reports and implement improvement strategies. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers. • Coordinate curriculum implementation and academic programmes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Studies or related field. • Proven teaching experience in recognised institution. • Strong proficiency in Qur'an recitation, Tajweed, Arabic, Islamic Studies. • Previous academic leadership or staff supervision experience desirable. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
