About the role
Oversee curriculum implementation, supervise teaching staff, monitor academic performance and coordinate examination preparation. Provide academic leadership and ensure high standards of teaching and student achievement.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and monitor teachers and Heads of Department. • Promote student discipline and welfare. • Communicate with parents on academic progress. • Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions. • Coordinate exam preparation and academic meetings.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience. • At least 2 years in academic leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field. • Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria registration. • Knowledge of safeguarding and data analysis.
