• Build and own operational infrastructure for Rise service. • Drive implementation of product iterations. • Manage and develop Rise leadership team. • Deliver outstanding service to VIP students. • Manage cross-functional relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Undergraduate degree from Top 20 US or UK university. • 5+ years professional experience with people management. • Experience building or improving operational systems. • Client-facing service experience with high-expectation clients. • Work authorization for United States.
