About the role
Lead and standardize operations across Zipline's African sites ensuring readiness and performance. Manage site certification, metrics, and operator competence for sustainable delivery.
What you’ll do
• Define competency standards for Site and Shift Team Leads. • Write and maintain operating standards library. • Build relationships with Country Directors to raise performance. • Define and monitor operating metrics and hold teams accountable. • Certify sites at go-live and quarterly thereafter.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years managing distributed physical operations. • Experience leading through country or regional leads. • Strong data instincts and accountability. • Proven program and project management skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
