Lead and scale CodePath's talent acquisition strategy and team to support rapid company growth. Own recruiting outcomes and partner with senior leadership to build a high-quality hiring engine.
What you’ll do
• Define talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans. • Ensure strong candidate pipeline and quality for all roles. • Build and scale recruiting team and operating rhythm. • Own hiring process, rubrics, and interview stages. • Manage employer brand and talent pools continuously.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership. • Experience building or rebuilding hiring functions. • Data-driven with strong funnel math skills. • Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure. • Work authorization for the US.
