About the role
Provide virtual health coaching to support patients on GLP-1 medications and related programs. Help patients build sustainable habits around nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and emotional health.
What you’ll do
• Conduct 30-minute virtual coaching sessions. • Use motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. • Carry a caseload and serve as accountability partner. • Provide education on healthy eating and lifestyle strategies. • Document sessions in EMR and communicate with care team.
What you’ll bring
• Active NBC-HWC, ACE-CHC, or CHES certification. • At least 1 year health coaching or related experience. • Skilled in motivational interviewing and patient education. • Proficient with online scheduling, EMR, video visits. • Authorized to work in the US.
