About the role
Lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives to retain, grow, and expand strategic healthcare provider relationships. Partner with executives to maximize revenue and client value using SaaS, AI, and analytics solutions.
What you’ll do
• Coach and develop sales talent. • Drive strategic account growth and multi-year contracts. • Engage with healthcare C-suite executives. • Manage pipeline and forecasting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product.
What you’ll bring
• Proven SaaS sales and account management leadership. • Experience with enterprise healthcare provider accounts. • Knowledge of SaaS growth metrics and contract negotiation. • Background in building high-performing sales teams. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
