About the role
Serve as first contact for drivers' complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain records and promote safety awareness among drivers.
What you’ll do
• Receive and escalate complaints from drivers and stakeholders. • Serve as first contact for drivers' and officers' concerns. • Maintain accurate records and ensure case closure. • Conduct safety talks and awareness sessions. • Process leave and school fee allowance applications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant field. • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. • Professional certification with ICN is advantage. • Emotional Intelligence certification is a plus. • Fluency in Hausa language is an advantage.
