About the role
Serve as first contact for drivers' complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution. Manage documentation and communication for driver and staff issues.
What you’ll do
• Document and process drivers' leave applications. • Maintain records and close staff and driver cases. • Follow up on reported issues for timely resolution. • Communicate diversion instructions via SMS. • Conduct safety talks and disseminate awareness messages.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in relevant field. • Minimum 3 years similar experience. • Emotional Intelligence certification is advantage. • HR certification is a plus. • Fluency in Hausa is an advantage.
