About the role
Provide technical support and manage user accounts for global staff using Windows and macOS systems. Resolve hardware and software issues and collaborate with IT teams worldwide.
What you’ll do
• Maintain Office 365, Azure AD, and local AD user accounts. • Resolve technical problems or escalate as needed. • Support Windows 11 and macOS users with training. • Provide hardware and software support remotely and onsite. • Maintain documentation and collaborate on IT projects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. • Experience with macOS is a plus. • Knowledge of anti-spam, antivirus, encryption software. • Work authorization for India or remote work.
