About the role
Coordinate HMO registration and partnerships. Oversee HMO department operations and ensure smooth service delivery to patients.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate HMO registration and partnership agreements. • Oversee daily HMO department activities. • Ensure patients receive authorization codes before services. • Review and reconcile claims for services rendered. • Handle correspondence and resolve HMO enquiries.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in HMO unit or healthcare insurance claims. • B.Sc. or HND in related field. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized and able to work with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
