About the role
Manage all Health Maintenance Organization operations in the hospital ensuring smooth enrollment, authorization, claims processing, and relationship management.
What you’ll do
• Verify HMO patient eligibility before consultation or admission. • Obtain pre-authorization for consultations and admissions. • Prepare and submit claims with supporting documents. • Serve as liaison between hospital and partner HMOs. • Maintain accurate database and prepare reports on HMO activities.
What you’ll bring
• HND/Bachelor's in Health Administration or related field. • 1-5 years experience in HMO or hospital insurance. • Knowledge of NHIA guidelines and hospital billing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HMO portals. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
