About the role
Review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for an AI training project. Ensure clinical accuracy, documentation quality, and consistency.
What you’ll do
• Review medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes. • Verify clinical claims are supported by medical records. • Evaluate inpatient documentation including HPI, PMH, assessments, care plans. • Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information. • Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
What you’ll bring
• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine. • Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience within past two years. • Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows. • Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data. • Work authorization for United States.
