About the role
Support collections management, account reconciliation, and loading of hotel rates and contracts for a travel and hospitality client. Manage financial operations related to hotel collections and rate loading.
What you’ll do
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances. • Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. • Load and maintain hotel rates, promotions, and contract terms. • Validate rate accuracy and troubleshoot loading issues. • Coordinate with hotels and internal teams on billing discrepancies.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years financial operations in travel or OTA industry. • Experience loading hotel rates and contracts. • Strong understanding of hotel rate terminology. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Ability to work full-time EST hours.
