About the role
Manage front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service for hotel guests. Handle bookings, payments, and guest inquiries professionally.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations. • Provide excellent customer relations and hospitality. • Process payments and maintain transaction records. • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and booking platforms.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree required. • 2–3 years hotel front desk experience. • Familiarity with booking platforms. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
