About the role
Support daily operations of the hotel kitchen by assisting chefs and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure kitchen areas are safe, clean, and efficient.
What you’ll do
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks. • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and areas. • Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools. • Receive and store food deliveries properly. • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE / High School Certificate. • Experience in kitchen or hotel environment preferred. • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
