About the role
Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert HR advice to managers and senior leaders. Support HR service improvements and compliance with employment law.

• Manage complex employee relations cases. • Provide HR advice and coaching to managers. • Assess risks and support fair outcomes. • Work with HR, Legal and external providers. • Analyse casework trends and improve services.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing complex HR casework. • Strong understanding of employment law and HR policy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills. • Ability to plan and deliver HR service improvements. • Work authorization for UK only.
