About the role
The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive HR operational and customer support services across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures efficient delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee records, HR systems support, and related services.
What you’ll do
• Support end-to-end recruitment administration processes. • Process monthly expatriate payroll inputs and expense claims. • Administer employee benefit programmes and pension arrangements. • Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems and records. • Prepare regular HR reports and support workforce analytics.
What you’ll bring
• HR Degree or Business Degree preferred. • CIPM qualification or equivalent preferred. • Experience working in an HR environment. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
