About the role
Support the growing team by providing HR guidance, managing benefits, and driving HR initiatives globally. Help shape and create an HR function for the future in a distributed work environment.
What you’ll do
• Provide HR guidance to team members and managers. • Partner with line managers on employee relations advice. • Manage benefit programs in EMEA or AMER locations. • Support full HR life-cycle including onboarding and departures. • Lead HR system management and produce data-driven reports.
