About the role
The HR Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for internal HR functions including recruitment, talent management, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. The role ensures compliant and effective HR systems that support staff and business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company strategy. • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes. • Coordinate performance management and coach managers. • Support employee relations, welfare, and conflict resolution. • Monitor HR compliance with employment and safety laws.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 5-7 years progressive HR experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian employment practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
