About the role
The HR Manager will lead recruitment and personnel lifecycle management for LifeCare Connect's launch in Uyo and expansion across Africa. This role involves building HR systems and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Nigeria and Africa. • Screen and interview candidates per job descriptions. • Manage personnel lifecycle SOPs and compliance tracking. • Approve personnel-records access and schedule HR audits. • Handle HR nonconformity and exit documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • CIPM membership or pursuing certification. • 5+ years HR generalist or management experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and statutory compliance. • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management system.
