About the role
Lead recruitment and personnel lifecycle management for LifeCare Connect's launch and growth across Nigeria and Africa. Build and maintain HR systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Nigeria and Africa. • Screen and interview candidates per job descriptions. • Manage personnel lifecycle SOPs and compliance tracking. • Approve personnel-records access and schedule HR audits. • Handle HR nonconformity and exit documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • CIPM membership or pursuing certification. • 5+ years HR generalist or management experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and compliance. • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management system.
