About the role
Support and manage key human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
What you’ll do
• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing and onboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. • Support employee relations and staff engagement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies. • Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field. • 2-5 years experience in HR generalist roles. • Good knowledge of HR processes and labour regulations. • CIPM certification is an advantage. • Proficiency in modern HR platforms.
