About the role
Manage HR functions in the Oil & Gas sector including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. Ensure alignment with industry standards and Nigerian regulations.
What you’ll do
• Design workforce plans for exploration, drilling, production phases. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and sector regulations. • Implement KPI-based performance and training systems. • Design employee engagement and welfare programs. • Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.
What you’ll bring
• MSc or MBA in HRM or related field. • Minimum 4 years experience in Oil & Gas or similar. • Second Class Upper degree minimum. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR software.
