About the role
Provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle to support organizational growth. Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and mobilisation. • Manage employee records and HR databases. • Support payroll inputs and employee welfare activities. • Coordinate performance management and training activities. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour and Oil & Gas regulations.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc./HND in HR or related field. • 5-7 years HR experience in Oil & Gas industry. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment regulations. • Professional HR certification is an advantage. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
