About the role
The HR Officer manages attendance, recruitment, employee relations, payroll inputs, and ensures compliance with policies and labor laws.
What you’ll do
• Manage attendance, leave, and overtime. • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff records. • Handle employee relations and welfare issues. • Assist with payroll inputs and staff documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). • Responsible, honest, able to work under pressure. • HND / B.Sc. in HR Management or related field.
