What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. • Coordinate performance management and payroll administration. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR audits.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years progressive HR experience. • Experience in real estate or related industry preferred. • Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant field. • Professional HR certification advantageous. • Strong leadership and HR operational skills.
