About the role
The HR Operations Specialist manages core HR operations including payroll, HR systems, employee lifecycle, and compliance. The role supports HR leadership with workforce insights and program delivery.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and validation. • Produce HR reports and workforce analytics. • Maintain HR systems and employee data. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. • Support HR projects and compliance audits.
What you’ll bring
• HR Degree or Business Degree preferred. • CIPM qualification or equivalent preferred. • Experience in HR administration and Nigerian Labor Law. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
