About the role
Support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, documentation, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Support recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding. • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR files. • Handle employee enquiries and support relations. • Assist payroll preparation and statutory documentation. • Prepare HR reports and provide admin support.
What you’ll bring
• BSc/HND in HR or related field. • 2-4 years HR experience preferred. • Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS is a plus. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
