About the role
Lead HRIS, benefits, and leave administration to support employee data accuracy and care. Manage Rippling platform, leave/accommodation processes, and benefits partnerships.
What you’ll do
• Lead transition of leave and accommodation administration in-house. • Serve as primary contact for leave requests and ADA accommodations. • Run day-to-day benefits administration and open enrollment. • Own Rippling HRIS configuration, integrations, and reporting. • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and People leadership.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years HRIS, benefits, and leave administration experience. • 3+ years primary administrator of modern HRIS. • Experience with FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs. • Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA compliance.
