About the role
Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and policy implementation. Ensure compliance with labour laws and promote a productive work environment.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. • Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters. • Maintain confidential employee records. • Oversee staff welfare and leave administration. • Manage recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 3 years HR management experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • High integrity and professionalism.
