About the role
Provide analytical and administrative support for organization design, job evaluation, position management, employee data management, and performance management activities. Ensure accuracy of organizational and workforce data and deliver timely HR reporting and insights.
What you’ll do
• Maintain organizational structures and position inventories. • Produce reports on headcount and workforce metrics. • Support HR campaigns and workforce reviews. • Coordinate issuance of IGG numbers and maintain records. • Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in organization design or workforce planning. • Familiarity with HR information systems and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant HR experience.
