About the role
Serve as a tactical HR partner supporting business processes, employee relations, and organizational development. Drive initiatives to enhance engagement, performance, and retention aligned with company goals.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate business processes in Workday and VantagePoint. • Manage employee relations and develop job descriptions. • Coordinate leave support and guide managers. • Foster employee communications and lifecycle processes. • Drive performance management and ensure HR compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years experience. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. • Knowledge of IL state law and compliance. • Located in Eastern or Central time zone.
