About the role

What you’ll do
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. • Manage new-hire paperwork and onboarding sessions. • Support employee engagement and morale programs. • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems. • Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field. • 2+ years experience in HR or administrative role. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. • Strong understanding of labor laws. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
