About the role
The Implementation Analyst manages eFax project implementation, customer support, training, and product feedback to ensure a smooth customer experience during solution deployment.
What you’ll do
• Onboard eFax Corporate, jSign Enterprise, Athena Fax2Direct clients. • Install and configure SST application and All Access solutions. • Conduct customer project training sessions. • Collaborate with internal teams and provide product feedback. • Document progress and report project status.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years customer service with client interaction. • 2+ years troubleshooting technical issues. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Active U.S. Citizenship or green card holder with 3+ years U.S. residency.
