What you’ll do
• Provide legal advice to management and departments. • Draft and review contracts and legal documents. • Monitor regulatory compliance and corporate governance. • Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel. • Maintain legal records and prepare compliance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). • 2-4 years post-call legal experience. • Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL). • Knowledge of Nigerian corporate and regulatory laws. • Strong legal research and communication skills.
