About the role
Promote mobile installment financing product at designated mobile phone stores. Engage customers and assist with onboarding and applications.
What you’ll do
• Engage walk-in customers to promote financing product. • Explain product features and payment plans. • Assist with onboarding and application submission. • Track sales metrics and follow up with customers. • Ensure compliance with sales guidelines and KYC.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND, NCE or equivalent. • Experience in sales or retail banking preferred. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment. • Computer literacy and smartphone use.
