About the role
Develop and improve Industrial Engineering standards to optimize productivity and efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments to achieve plant targets.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain Industrial Engineering standards. • Conduct time and motion studies and capacity analysis. • Identify improvements in layouts, ergonomics, and material flow. • Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, HR, Training, and ESH teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and process optimization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze data and create improvement plans. • Work authorization for Mexico.
