About the role
Engineer and execute technically challenging customer solutions for Starlink Transit in remote locations. Solve complex problems and support rapid deployment of satellite internet infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Improve performance and resolve technical issues with Starlink Transit hardware. • Develop processes for rapid antenna deployment. • Provide pre-sales technical support and proposal review. • Support activation from hardware delivery to connectivity. • Travel to remote sites for installation and troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 2+ years engineering experience. • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or structural design. • Multidisciplinary project execution success. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR.
