About the role
Design, develop, and deliver training programs supporting manufacturing and operational teams. Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions to enhance employee skills.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain instructor-led and eLearning programs. • Partner with SMEs to identify training needs. • Develop competency-based learning paths and assessments. • Create engaging learning materials and content. • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate learner competency.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • 2+ years designing instructor-led or eLearning programs. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. • Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance if required.
