About the role
Design and develop engaging, accessible learning solutions supporting enterprise education and performance. Manage learning projects and collaborate with SMEs to create learner-centered content.
What you’ll do
• Design learner-centered learning solutions across multiple modalities. • Conduct learning and performance analyses to identify needs. • Develop measurable learning objectives and instructional strategies. • Manage learning projects including scope and timelines. • Support LMS content management and troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field. • 2+ years instructional design or learning content development experience. • Experience with adult-learning theory and instructional design methodologies. • Proficient in Articulate 360 and LMS management. • Work authorization for USA required.
