About the role
You will be the first point of contact for clients, matching them with therapists and guiding them through scheduling and paperwork. Your work ensures clinicians can focus on clients during sessions.
What you’ll do
• Respond to client calls, emails, and texts. • Match clients with appropriate clinicians. • Guide clients through insurance and paperwork. • Follow up to advance client intake. • Handle cancellations and keep records accurate.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years in customer service or similar role. • Comfortable on live calls and learning systems. • Strong organization and attention to detail. • Respect for confidentiality and sensitive information. • Work authorization for United States.
