About the role
Support health facilities and community teams in integrated delivery of HIV, TB, MNCH, and malaria interventions. Maintain accurate records and support routine reporting to improve health outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Enter and update paper-based and electronic records. • Reconcile source documents and electronic records. • Conduct data completeness checks and flag errors. • Support data quality and prepare routine reports. • Maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Records or Health Information. • Minimum one year hospital records experience. • Data quality, analytical and reporting skills. • Ability to work with facility and community teams. • Fluent in Hausa and English; resident of application state.
